We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our landscape maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties, ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to expand our services by selling additional offerings such as tree trimming, seasonal color installations, and hardscape services. Responsibilities

• Oversee a client portfolio of multifamily properties
• Manage and coordinate crews for various tasks
• Monitor safety standards and protocols
• Sell additional services to clients, including tree trimming, seasonal color installations, landscape, and hardscape services
• Communicate effectively with department manager, crews, clients, and vendors
